The first edition of the Drilling Data Handbook was printed in 1950. The book has been improved over the past 60 years, adding lots of new technologies and equipment in its eight additional editions. It remains familiar and friendly to users. Its philosophy has always been to give quick access to the basic information or calculations for the office or field operations.
