Architects Sharif Kahatt and Marta Morelli of the architectural firm "K+M Arquitectura y Urbanismo" along with students of the workshop "Taller Urban Lima" of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the PUCP, present their views on a new approach to public buildings in Lima that responds to the need to provide public spaces and build civility through architecture.
