About
"Roderick St. James, known as Roddy, lives in a fancy penthouse in London. He has everything a pet could want: posh clothes, a fancy car, and the finest food. Life is good until a sewer rat named Sid invades Roddy's home. Before he knows what's happening, Roddy is flushed down the toilet, and the only way home is with rambunctious Rita and her boat, the Jimmy Dodger. But first, Roddy and Rita will have to outrun a mad toad, his hench-rats and hench-frogs, and somehow foil The Toad's master plan. What's a rat to do? Swim for his life!"--P. [4] of cover.
