About
Autobiography of former MGM musical star. Review of her entire career and marriage to Dick Powell. She is deliciously catty in describing Powell's former wife Joan Blondell, who blamed Allyson for the breakup. Some strange errors, for example attributing Jane Powell's taking of the stage name as being a suggestion from Dick Powell. Also fudges the author's age to make her seem like a child bride when she married Powell.
