Laina

"When Laina moved to a backwoods logging town, it wasn't the fact of having to leave her best friend which troubled her the most. It was her parents separation that was tearing her apart inside. But a mysterious coin collection robbery soon captures her full attention. Why did her uncle say the robbery hadn't really happened? If that was true, where were the missing coins? Laina's confusion, both inside and out, is complicated by her unreasonable attraction to the aloof boy who seems determined to make his own unhappiness"--P. [4] of cover.
